Optimal Balance Massage and Bodywork Treatment sessions include movement and stretching suggestions to help you improve and maintain progress between sessions. Pamela completed a yoga certificate in 2019 at Bellevue College and studies with Katy Bowman, biomechanical scientist, who specializes in movement for real people and everyday life. She also incorporates ideas from Jill Miller C-IAYT, ERYT of Tune-up Fitness. She is a life-long mover, exploring many types of movement.

Private movement/yoga lessons are available with the goal of increasing your ease of movement and assisting you to move well longer, pursuing the activities you love. Optimal movement focuses on supporting your bodywork goals, assisting you to move and play with greater ease and increasing movement knowledge mindfulness of your movements. Pamela creates individualized sessions and provide stretch and exercise cards to make it easy to work at home.
My inspirations are Katy Bowman of Nutritious Movement whom I have been working with for several years and Jill Miller of tuneupfitness, a massage therapist, yoga instuctor and much more, who created a system of using balls to roll your body and a lifetime of exploring movement.
