Katy Bowman is a biomechanist for everyday people. How to use our bodies to we can work and play well into out old age. She has writtem several books and I recommend them all. She and her staff teach workshops on movement. She started teaching movment and out of this came a blog, which became a book. She had her own you tube station.

Jill Miller is a yoga instructor, an author. She became fascinated with fascia and created the Roll Model, which uses therapy balls she created as a way to give your self a massage. Her goal are to increase mobility and reduce pain. Her website is Tune UP Fitness . I recommend her books, video's and classes.
